If you were a random Jambite, straight out of secondary school, you have plenty of those things you confidently believe to be true.
You probably believed university would be exactly as people described it. Lecturers would be wicked. Freedom would be sweet. Friendships would come easily. Love would be simple. Politics would be for a certain kind of person. Money would somehow stretch.
Then life enters quietly and starts editing you.
